CASE MANAGER

Prior to joining The Opportunity Hub Melissa worked in medical, clinical, and community-based settings with diverse populations including geriatric and developmentally disabled individuals in need of mental health, substance abuse and wrap-around services.  Melissa is a Brooklyn resident with over 10 years of case management experience. Melissa holds an Associates degree in Social Work and Bachelors degree in Sociology from York College.
