MANAGER, OUTCOMES & EVALUATION

Prior to joining The Opportunity Hub, Yaneth spent her career working with families, youth, and children as a bilingual case manager in a family shelter, a bilingual therapeutic case planner for youth in foster care and a community-based worker for children and youth with mental health needs. A Brooklyn native, Yaneth holds an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in psychology from Borough Manhattan Community College (BMCC), a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Psychology with a minor in Law from John Jay College of Community Justice, and a Master’s in Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College.
